Callans Trä AB is located in one of the world's best growing areas for spruce and pine. In Scandinavia, the living in a genuine forest environment has been of great importance for generations. The raw material which we use plays an important role for the society to become more environmentally friendly and sustainable.

In Scandinavia and the northern inland we have the best conditions for spruce and pine, then we have a dry climate with hot summers and moderately cold winters. We are located in Sweden about 70 km west of Sundsvall . We employ about 150 people including both employees and contractors.

The raw material is purchased from private forest owners in the local area, mainly Medelpad, Jämtland and Hälsingland. The annual production amounts to approximately 100 000m³ but the condition is to increase production to 160 000m³. Around 80 % of the company's end products are for export and we have the whole world as a workplace.
